Charlotte + Joseph’s enchanting winter wedding

Back to Whitley Hall Hotel I went for the second time this year, and what a delight it was to document Charlotte + Joseph’s enchanting winter wedding. With its cozy charm and beautiful grounds, Whitley Hall made the perfect backdrop for a day filled with love, laughter, and a touch of Disney magic.

The day began with me bouncing between Charlotte and Joseph as they got ready at Whitley Hall. The excitement was palpable in both camps as family and friends rallied around the bride and groom. Charlotte’s room buzzed with the hum of laughter, hairspray, and joyful anticipation, while Joseph’s preparations were a mix of calm nerves and camaraderie with his groomsmen.

Charlotte + Joseph are huge Disney fans, and their love story is straight out of a fairytale. The two first met during a Beauty and the Beast production, and their wedding was sprinkled with subtle nods to this shared chapter of their lives. One of the most striking details was the iconic rose in a glass dome, which featured prominently during their ceremony and took pride on the top table during their meal.

The ceremony was joyful, brimming with laughter. Charlotte and Joseph’s connection was undeniable, and their happiness lit up the room. After the ceremony, the newlyweds were surrounded by loved ones, chatting, celebrating, and soaking up the magic of their special day.

Charlotte and Joseph were both keen to have a confetti moment, but with Whitley Hall’s no-confetti policy, they had to get a little creative. With determination and the help of their bridesmaids and best men, they ventured off-site to a nearby road for the perfect confetti moment. It was a testament to their fun-loving spirit and willingness to go the extra mile to create memorable moments.

As the day transitioned into the evening, the celebrations continued with heartfelt speeches that brought plenty of laughter. Before hitting the dance floor, Charlotte and Joseph gathered some guests for a magical sparkler moment in front of the beautifully lit Whitley Hall. The sparklers added a touch of winter wonderland charm, creating stunning photos and lasting memories.

Once the sparklers fizzled out, the dance floor came alive. With music, dancing, and the undeniable energy to end the night on a high note, just as every fairytale wedding should.
